I have already logged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 2nd May and to date have had no resonse. I purchased a 'TAKE TO THE SKIES WITH THE 48CM YELLOW AND BLACK HELICOPTER FOR ONLY R449, VALUED AT R899 INCLUDING DELIVERY' on the 08 April 2013. I did receive delivery but the remote control does not work. I have contacted the call centre on 0861 333 257 on the 2nd May and today 09th May as well and emailed [Email Removed] on the 29 April and to date no response. Please can someone contact me urgently on 074 959 1899. I now don't want a replacement BUT MY REFUND BACK as no one will take the responsibility to sort this out. I WILL NEVER purchase anything on Daddy's Deals again and will tell people about your lack of service as well.
