I'm not a person who particularly enjoys shopping and more so, I am a difficult customer who expect good service because our country is renown for selling our service. I recently purchased an item which I negligently didn't read much about on-line. I walked into Makro, swiped and was back home. Four days later, when using the item, it was discovered that I bought the wrong size and I honestly had no hope to rectify my ignorance. After speaking to Aziza, she efficiently called me back and was happy to help me correct the problem in the best way possible. I was given the opportunity to buy the more suitable item without making me feel like an. She was very efficient and professional both on the phone and when I arrived back with the returned item. I felt so impressed as a customer I actually decided to spend some more time and a bit of extra cash shopping (3 times the original amount). She actually turned a minus into a plus relating to customer service and that to me is good business. I will go there for virtually all my shopping! And in my case, it means travelling over 50km return, thanks to Aziza.
