70 Year old lady embarrassed in Superspar Kuilsriv

An old lady was not only embarrassed when she fell because of fish oil on the floor but also by the unprofessional behavior of the store manager Mr Theunis who focused more on the cleaning of the store than attending to the injured and sad old lady. When I confronted him about it, his attitude was ''who are you and don't threatened me '' My immediate concern was to look after the welfare of the lady and to take her to a space where you can determine any injuries or to assist her should she need personal attention. The poor woman stand another - ten minutes in the Que very confused embarrassed and very close to tears without any person attending to her or tried to make her shopping easier.
