Bad attitude

I would like to report an incident that took place today at Tops spar i was buying a wine and a packet of simba chips and i said hi to Mmanama Tlapu and she responded and curious i said are you ok and she started to be loud and shout for no apparent reason at me and s said do you have a problem brother loudly and i said to her why are you shouting at me cause i was just asking if you r ok and she said to me do you want me to clime on top of the counter i said please try to talk to me nice and she continued telling me that i have a problem in pleaded with her please the is no reason to be loud cause i was talking to you, now you are embarrassing me in front of everybody it seems like i have done anything wrong. and believe me i cannot understand why she being so loud and rude cause i don't remember bothering her. I escalated the matter to the guy name Paul he is the Manager but he did not take me serious i don't no why.and i pleaded HIM to talk to this lady but still did not take me serious and i felled so embarrassed and stupid in front of everyone inside the store and i said to this lady she must not play with her job like. please assist me to eliminate this kind of behav
