I took over the administration of having a security gate put into my father's flat. He paid the initial R400 and the gate was fitted. Having spoken to Yolandi on the phone in organising when the gate would be fitted, I was satisfied with the service given. I then waited for 3 weeks before following up on the invoice and what I owed on the balance? I was told an email would be sent to me. Another few weeks later... still nothing. I called and spoke to Yolandi... she assured the message would be passed on. Today - a call from Marlene for my father (after I have been the contact person all along). An accusation that the bill hasn't been paid... Yip... of course it hasn't been paid... I've received no invoice... and as the customer I've had to follow up numerous times. It is unacceptable to have an arguing match with a customer over having sent an email... I have been through my entire inbox and spam folder... not a thing from Cape Secure. Adding to this Marlene, like you, I take note of everything I send, my phone calls, references. Within five minutes of the call ending... the invoice arrives via email. Bad attitude I'm afraid and will NOT use this company ever again!
