I have been using Spec-Savers Fourways for a few years now. None of my details have changed. I got a phone call 3 weeks ago by Ronel Nel jumping down my throat that she has not received my balance outstanding. I was appalled and said she needs to send me the invoice so i can follow up. She then accused that she spoke to me last year which did not happen. i did not receive the email and decided to leave it to see what happens. I then get a phone call today where Ronel jumpped down my thoat asking where is her payment was. I informed her that I did not receive the invoice. She was getting all ugly of how it was sent through to me so I must have it. I confirmed my address and she insisted that this is the email she used! I finally received the email and checked that she actually misspent my name. She cannot even get a simple thing correct. Then give me such treatment. The attitude and behavious is uttely disgusting. How can a company leave an outstanding invoice for so long without contacting the client?? And then when you do contact the client treat them like rubbish? And to think I referred people. this for a joke! I might have saved on spec's but im not saving on irritation!
