3rd day and still waiting

I am sorry to have to resort to this but I don't get feedback from ADT. My unit send me an sms the day before yesterday saying power failure. I then reported it to control room that night and asked for them to send out a technician. I then got sms's yesterday saying my power is running down and I phoned them again and after the 3rd person she said she will contact the installation guys to come out and repair it. To no avail nobody phoned me yet and last night I couldn't even arm my system as my unit was completely dead as the power drained. So today I'm trying to phone you again and after spending 14 minutes on the phone my problem is still not sorted out.

ADT has one of the best armed response units out there as they come back to you almost immidiatly if the alarm goes off. But the worst pre and after sales. I am also waiting for the guy to bring the ADT board to my house which I logged early last week.

If this problem is not sorted out by today you can come and remove your unit that you put into my house and cancel my contract. There is someone at my house today and can assist with letting them in and out.
