Bad service and

I reported that I dont have power in my house at 19:50 hrs yesterday (17.10.2013) evening and was told that the technician would be in my house by 21h00. I advised that the power went of at 04:00 hrs! I waited for the technician who came at around 22:00 and he only tell me that he is going back to get another truck and he never came back. We slept in a dark and no food. Then he came today at around 5H45 am i show him the meter and i went to the house but when i come out the truck vanished without saying anything.

I called again at 07:30 and i have been told that in 2 hrs it will be fine if is not i have to call again which i did after 2 hrs but still no one came to my house to attend my problem. When i call the call centre now it seems like everyone in call centre is dead i am holding for almost 45 min no respond. Even now no one is helping me
