I am still awaiting Blue to come and sort out their faulty alarm, but the technical manager insists I must pay for the call out, yet this system has been faulty from Day 1 .
Anyway I have now contacted CARTE BLANCHE AND ECR consumer watch to report this incidents as my families life is at risk, yet they quickly take my money.
