CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

In August 2012 I approached Blue to activate an existing alarm system at my home due to problems in Hillcrest.

After 2 break ins on my property and of other owners on the estate the body corporate asked 4 companies to quote on a complete security solution for the estate. Blue were given the opportunity, but they decides on another to supply services. All units had to move to the new company.

Oct / Nov I advised Blue of this and offered a month notice to cancel. The declined and quoted my 24 month contract. I allowed 3 more debits to go through even though they no longer did the monitoring.

Now Blue claims thousands from me relating to this contract. I will not receive any service from them, don't have their equipment yet they just want the money.

There accounts manager, Mary Dry, refused flatly to entertain my reasons. For months now people are phoning me for money. I ask for a manager and are promised one will phone me, but never does. In a few weeks the process start all over with someone following up payment.

Blue Security have no interest other than making easy money out of this.

This is exploitation and trust the Consumer Protection act will do justice.
