Burned my control box

I got a call from cartrack offering me tracking service on my citi golf, i decided to take the quick plus product as i have a citi golf and its regarded a hi risk vehicle, installation was on the 12/04/2013 and when the guy came there the first thing he did was to start the car, the car gave first kick, my lights and hazards were in working order, the second day after installation my car would not start, i then contacted them as they were the last people to work on the car, they told me that they notice on their system that there is a power drainage from the battery, the battery is new, the agent told me that she does not know, but the unit has reported its self faulty &they sending a second technician to come see the car, second installation was on the 16/04/2013 the guy told me he did a new installation on the 19/04/2013 i had the same problem of battery drainage, but this time with the hazards not switching off, i called them again they told me that the technician can only come Monday 3PM, when he started the car smoke came from the car and found a burned control box (alarm box), now they say its my wire ring&alarm box all i know my car was fine for 14month untill they work on it
