ADT holding us hostage

Hi, I have a security service from ADT which i requested for cancellation last year October (2012). Then i received a letter in Feb saying i owe R2471.60. i then sent another letter requesting the same cancellation on the 03/03/13. Then on the 15/03/13 I called in speaking to the lady who only called herself Didi, who said all i need to pay is Oct service fee of R494.32 since ADT kept on deducting money from our business acount till February which i paid same day. Now Didi is nowhere to be found as i keep calling they transfer me from one person to the other.
My problem is i keep communicating with them and still they seem not willing to let go of us. All i want is this account to be terminated with immediate effect as i've been asking the same thing since Oct last year.

Please help ADT to leave us Alone.
