Mozzie cab's service is SPEEDILY deteriorating!!!

I've been using Mozzie cabs for over 5years now, and I can't help but notice how bad the service is becoming! If the person @ the control isn't booking the cab to the wrong street, the driver is late - reason being "I couldn't findthe place"... or the card system is "not connecting"... or the cab driver is playing the music or radio super LOUD!!! You can't even talk to them! Today my partner booked da cab while we were by da entrancr of the mall and we were told 20mins. After 30mins of waiting in da rain, he calls again nd asks where the cab is. Da controller tells him the cab came nd left coz we were not there., we were standing there the whole time nd no cab came, 2ndly, mozzie sends an sms or calls wen they @ da location and u nt there. I got angry coz I was wet nd tired, and said to my partner while he was on the phone "this is now". The guy @ control says to my partner.."Whose swearing me there in the background? "... I mean really!!! Really now???!!! I think I'm gonna ditch mozzie that I've been faithful to for so long and use the other local cabs coz dis is really unnacceptable!!! Gosh *rolling eyes*
