We called for a cab to take us to a local bar after arranging a babysitter and was assured that the driver would be with us in 30 mins. After waiting 45 mins we called again to be told someone was on the way. After an hour we called again now being stood in the cold for 30 mins to be told that the driver would call us. After numerous calls and no joy and rude operators we had to cancel our plans and pay the babysitter for a night that wasn't had. Very disappointed, this is the reason South Africa is considered a 3rd world country.
