Still taking money after cancellation

I have had it with ADT Richards bay branch, all they want is to extort money from people. Fair enough we had contract with them, last year, than we moved out of the property before the contract. We were asked to write a letter and fax it through, we did that. We even went so far a to stop the debit oders at the bank but to our suprise, they are still taking money.what's worse is the contract has officially ended-two months ago. Some please help!
