Cancelled Agreement: BAD SERVICE - taking money

I cancelled my agreement with ADT:
The link and call out services

The system and equipment is my property and they 1st of all did not accept my cancellation and still they deducted money. I stopped the debit order at the bank and they took double deductions the next month. I finally got hold of someone who confirmed that it has been cancelled BUT still they are taking money... HOW can one stop this?
