Shocking lack of service

It is difficult to find a company with less service than ADT. The call centre is a chaotic zoo. Calls are unanswered or dropped. Emails are ignored. There is zero accountability. No intelligible information is provided. Our account needs a refund of at least 2 months due to faulty equipment which ADT failed to repair or attend to on the correct date. There has been no alarm service for more than 2 months. Repeated emails on this issue to several ADT officials have been ignored. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this appalling disregard for consumer rights, and we will be making every effort to ensure that ADT's abysmal approach to customer service goes viral. South Africans need to be aware of how ADT is rippng them off.
