I report wrong billing incidents on 27th March. My account was handed to Natasha Goliath. She do a total recon on my account, arrange that I do receive a credit note, did not cancel my contract, and that I will receive an invoice and statement on a monthly basis. She also offer that I can send any future complaints to her directly.
I am now a happy customer - thank you Natasha.
