ADT is a waste of time 7 day turn around!!!

On 30 September I had built in cupboards installed in my one room the sensor was cut off buy the installers or they could not complete the job.

When I arrived home, the ADT alarm system was plugged in but everything was off, I called the call centre to ask them why I was not alerted that wires to my sensor was cut or inform me that my alarm system is off.. they say they did not receive a alert signal, surely they should get a no response signal if it is off or if wires have been cut.>

I requested a technician to come and resolve/repair the issue and was told that I will have to wait a week "next Monday" 7 day turn around for a security company is not acceptable at all!

I have a domestic and 2 young children 5&6 in the house at the moment with no panic button or alarm system currently, if anything happens to them I will sue ADT.

Why are we paying a premium fee yet they cannot deliver a service I've been with ADT since 2006-2007.
