ADT has no answers

One of my properties had a breakin and on Monday... we did not get a call from ADT... when I called in to query same i was told the service was suspended on 19 MArch 2013..and they didnt know why... At no time was i ever informed of this suspension... Liezel undertook to revert to me and rectify same... to date I have had no feedback despite me emailing her... I have no insurance and hold ADT liable for my claim... Now my properties are at risk.
