No resolve to my query of 22 August

I lodged my complaint on the 22nd of August regarding my 2 home loans - one paid, one still being owed on. Today I received a mail from a SBSA employee asking me if the two properties still belong to us. My word - they have the deeds to these properties. SURELY SBSA can see in whose names these properties are registered. Do they think I would lodge such a query for something that doesn't belong to me? I am so frustrated. SBSA will never have my loyalty ever again.
