First visit for over active assessment 25/03/2013. Not fixed.
Second visit for over active assessment 26/03/2013. Not fixed.
Goodwill will be back 28/03/2013. Did not show up.
Next appointment 05/04/2013. No stock, appointment moved to Monday 08/04/2013.
Nobody showed up, because technician was on holiday. Appointment moved to Tuesday 09/04/2013.
Big surprise - nobody showed up.
Try to speak to manager- impossible.
Pathetic service ADT!!
