Initiated contact with ADT to review fee increase of 13%. Recently received an email TELLING ME that an additional R8-something will be added for fuel levies.

2nd contact: Mon 2013/03/25 03:17 PM

3rd contact: Wed 2013/04/03 10:06 AM - After calling, I emailed: [Email Removed] who forwarded my complaint to: [Email Removed]
Hi, I sent through 2 emails so far re my fee increase of 13%. To date - no one has responded.
Shockingly I called in this morning from, and selected the "Sales" option. The lady that answered initially transferred me without telling me... then LISA does EXACTLY the same!!!
I am horrified to think that you are the same people I entrust my safety with if you cannot even treat customer's with the respect they deserve.
So, I need to cancel my subscription with ADT and my reason is now two-fold. Firstly, I cannot afford a 13% increase and secondly, your customer service is SHOCKING!
I am not happy right now!

4th contact: Fri 2013/04/05 10:13 AM - receive and query the additional FUEL LEVY
