FNB Platinum Credit card Budget Increase

Hi FNB,

I applied for a credit limit increase last week Wednesday (13 Feb 2013) They then told me it was approved in principle, but that I had to email them the required documents. That was done, see below (13 Feb 2013). I then phoned again on Monday (25 Feb 2013) and the lady said that they are still waiting for the documents. I told her that it was sent. She then said to me that she found the documents and will try and fast track the increase.

Today I phoned again and now another lady tells me that they have it and I will now only get an answer in 3 working days.
So know its 8 days later and I still do not know what is going on. I even complaint by sending and email to your [Email Removed] email center with no response...

WHAT IS GOING ON!!
