AMAZING Security at Baside Mall

On the 14th Of January 2013 our Family went to Bayside Mall to go do some shopping and banking.
As my husband (with my 2 kids) got onto the escalator to go do some banking, my little girl slipped and fell on her bum. My 6 year old son reacted by trying to grab his 4 year old sister... it all happened SO FAST. i just stood there in shock. there was a lady (One of the security at the mall) who immediately jumped in to help. this fast thinking woman stopped the Escalator and continued helping.

Before i could come to my senses and with all the screaming form my son and the crowd gathering around this awful scene another man - also security at the mall - Grabbed my son and started running for the control room.

There he kindly looked over my son, calmed him - and us - down and soothed all the little aces and cuts my son got during this ordeal.

I Just want to thank them all form the bottom of my heart.
