The Grove Mall
NOT MOTHER AND BABY FRIENDLY

I always come to the Grove with my baby. I always have problems there with the downstairs baby-changing room. There's always people who use the room for grownup children who want to use the toilet; so its never available when you need it to change diapers or to breastfeed (or people knock after 1 minute shouting that you should come out!)
I realise that there's not much the centre can do to control people who are unreasonable and act out of place, but what really pushed me over the limit, was on Tuesday around 14:20pm I parked my car in the designated 'mom and tots' parking and a lady with her kids pulled up and said I should move my car so that she can also fit there. My reply was, sorry this is only one parking! Then the mall security came on a fourwheeler and intimidated me to squeeze my car in between the parking spaces so that this lady can park! Whats the point of the extra space for your pram, bags and to get baby in and out if the mall security doesn't even recognise this service they're suppose to offer.
After everything that just tick me off everytime I come to the mall, this was just the cherry on everything!!
I'm really not impressed and will tell everyone about this!
