Eally bad service and not helpful at all

I went to do some shopping at bayside, when i went for my ticket to pay I had to draw R50 because I had not change, they then told me I had to walk through the mall to get my change, I couldn't find them so they made me walk on the outside of the mall to find another security guard who then escorted me to another omnipark guy who then had to take me to there offices only to be told i had to call a danie oosthuizen to get my money back. this whole ordeal lasted an hour and was a complete waste of my time. you would think a mall would be more jacked up in their service that it would be a pleasant experience. This lack of consideration infuriated me as they have no strategic planning for faulty machines.
