I am not happy with the service level provide from ADT security and I am not explaining my situation as your calls are recorded, all I would like to say is that my frustration starts with you charging me R462 for call out fee when my monthly instalments is not even that amount, then all you do is cut and join a wire in which I could of done myself. Then you mess up my battery whilst in the process, send me another faulty one and make me wait for further assistance. As advised to your call centre consultants, I have made numerous attempts in aim to get my alarm system working in full condition and you have not. My residence is not 100% secure, as we unaware when there is a power outage. Should something happen at my premises in the time that I am not fully protected, I will not take any liability and I would expect you to make full compensation for whatever is at my premises, as my insurance will dispute. Should you still wish not to assist me with the situation I will no longer beg, should something happen at my premises and you do not want to entertain my claim, I would have no choice but to take you to court.
