Disgusting security staff

For a second time upon (trying to) enter Ravenshill complex, just past montecasino, we had to deal with an impossibly rude security staff member. the intercom was broken so instead of coming out to give us the guest book to fill in, he said we must "go back to where we came from". he refused to help us.we were there to see friends and had to call our friends to open for us. his name is Manuel and he is disgusting! my fiance has a really calm temperment and ended up shouting at this man for being so rude. Maneul just sat in the staff hut looking all smug and told us "its up to me to let you in or not". my fiance is chairperson at our own complex and, should our security staff act in such a manner, they would no longer have a job. this man is a disgrace. to be accosted with such rudeness and utter disrespect, when all we were trying to do was enter to see friends, was unexpected and shocking. i was left with a feeling of my blood boiling because its now the second time i have had to deal with this pig of a man! this security company at this complex needs to get rid of this man!
