Apparently our account has not been paid. However a debit order goes off every month for R 430.92. The address is unit 3 Plaza Del Rey. 20 Dean Road Bedfordview. Tel 0114501205
It is pointless dealing with the call centre or any staff at the telephonic call centre. I have been waiting since 4th March 2013. We are concerned because our alarm is not linked and we have been paying every month. We will change suppliers if you cannot help us as a matter of urgency!
