I have just received yet another call from your accounts department notifying me of an outstanding amount on my account. I have notified Tracker on many many occasions that this outstanding figure is an amount that has accrued following the writing off of a vehicle that formed part of our fleet in September of 2011 - a year and a half ago!!!

I refuse to pay this figure as the Tracker system has not been in use since September 2011 - and I know for a fact that Tracker has insurance policies in place to remunerate themselves and protect themselves against situations like this. This will be the last time I notify Tracker that this figure will NOT be paid for the vehicle - it is a service that I have not received for a year and a half and I refuse to pay for a service that I have not received (and one that I have notified to you on numerous occasions that I WILL NOT PAY).
