Pathetic service and faulty unit

I moved to greenside about 2 years ago and inherited the previous owners alarm system.
ADT did the transfer of this account to my name and assured me my monthly subscription would cover me from month to month with no additional charges. I queries whether a new unit would be required as the one i has was an old one. the consultant said it is not necessary and adt would replace it if it was faulty. Well it is faulty and i called ADT who told me that i have to now pay a call out fee plus for any repairs to the unit.
SINCE THEN this unit triggers a signal to ADT the alarm is deactivated and i get a call every morning for deactivating

I have received an sms from ADT stating that i have exceeded my 4 call out responses for the month.
i called their call centre to query this.
I called the call centre this morning and spoke to portia who confirmed my account only allows me 4 call outs and will thereafter be charged for every addtional call out.
i asked her what does my R468 fee provide me with. she answered that it covers my monitoring and bicycle service (which is non existent) and my 4 call outs
she then put me on hold and dropped the call and still hasnt bothered to call back
