Cancelling the contract - Citi Protection

I approached Citi Protection to supply me with a home security products and contract for monitoring.
Prices were fixed and we accepted the quote. We also signed the contract. They were suppose to come and install the devices. Their sales rep called me and said that they cannot honour the contract anymore, As i am not a South African citizen (I am a permanent resident with ID)

This is highly unprofessional on CitiProtection's part.
They should have told me before signing the contract.

I an highly disappointed with this unprofessional attitude of the security company.
