No Service under Maintenance/Contract, No Feedback

I Bought a new alarm system through ADT on 20 Feb 2012. They installed it and we ticked "Maintenance" box. Obviously we believed the monthly fee includes our maintenance.

Around late Early Feb 2013 the door contact malfunctioned. I called for service. Imagine my surprise when I was charged for a call out and received a quote for repairs.

I phoned ADT. Explained that both the maintenance and a warranty applies. They said no, the wiring is not covered. So I scanned my contracts to the lady and explained that it says nothing about wiring, not specifically excluded, in fact not mentioned at all. I requested that they please fix it under warranty or maintenance.

This was 5 Feb. I received no reply to my emails. However, a technician did come out to do the repairs, charged for said repairs and manage to break my remote activation in the process.

So I wrote another mail on 26 Feb. Still no reply, except for an emailed statement requesting payment.

My remote activation is still not working, I had to cancel my burger alarm on my home insurance.

ADT: Please fix my remote activation. Please do not charge for another call out and please honour your maintenance contract and warranty.
