After the presentation we inquired if we could take the contract home and discuss before signing anything however we were told that this was a special package only for that day. We were battling to decide on signing the contract only to be coerced by the manager by him sweetening the deal making it hard for us to say no. I signed the agreement on the 14 February 2013 agreeing to pay deposit of R1500 on the 1 April and the R495 admin fee on the 1 May 2013.As per agreement the debit order of R277.78 will go off on the 1 June and then the contract will be active. I email Client Care on the 19 June 2013 to cancel my contract. The Consumer protection Act, permits a consumer to cancel a fixed-term agreement by giving the supplier 20 business days notice of such cancellation in writing. We were misinformed about the product because this is not what we signed up for. We were not informed that we can never cancel a contract. The contract was not explain properly to us. Regarding the fees you pay when you make a booking of R3450, they are fully booked for 2013 and i can only make a booking from March 2014.I was lured into signing this contract under false pretenses.
