It takes an hour to get reaction or respond, then when you press a punic button you get no response when you call them they keep on asking wrong/stupid question? I ask for a manager and keep on giving me wrong info and can't get thru. Just imagine they tell me that my store alarm was last armed on the 04-02-2013 which i know we arm it every single night. I ask them to send a technician to come and check no one is call me back to verify that, so please can you JUST get someone from ADT to call me and get my alarm system WORKING!!!
