I am still waiting since the 12th Feb 16:22pm for someone from Chubbs finance department or manager to contact me regarding the deductions made by Chubb after I have cancelled my subscription with them and them collecting their alarm system. Now this is the worst service i have ever received from any company, Im tired of being promised and nothing happens I will be making a case regarding this today still and I will take it as far as i possibly can, I will seek legal representation and sue Chubb for. So I would like to know who the incompetent person is who had to call me regarding my query and who the head of department is. I do not want my fees debited from my account only but I will fight for the interest Chubb enjoyed while debiting my account on a monthly basis since cancellation and for the inconvenience of running short on some of my bills due to insufficient funds. THIS MATTER NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED TODAY!!! And please do not send any automated messages saying someone will in contact me because i do not know anyone called someone, I am not an. I leave the office at 16:30 so call before that!
