Is Chubb for security or a money making scheme?

In today's day an age, technology allows to reset passwords from Singapore, but surprise surprise not for Chubb. With Chubb you need to pay plus minus R600.00 to have them come out and reset your password. For months now I've been hearing that the warranty on my alarm system has expired, but Chubb deducts an Insurance from me on a monthly basis of plus minus R370.00, that is excl my premium of plus minus the same amount. When I called accs on 221 @ about 9, Suzanne told me they were offline, so I explained my problem in order to call me back they back online, guess what, they still offline, becaus it's 241 and they still offline (with their technology, I don't know what I expected). Now I wonder what the Consumer Law has to say about this?
