No response from ADT Head Office

We had a break in at our business in 2011, ADT did respond to the call out but failed to actually walk around our building. The broke in and caused thousands of rands damage and lots of items. The left but returned after one hour to continue this their "Shopping spree". After this we had a fight with our local ADT office and we decided to cancel our contract with them as they were in breach of contract. Now they taking me to ITC!!! If been trying to sort this out with ADT head office for the past few months but you can either not get through to the right person or department. At the moment I'm speaking with someone in the legal department but they do not even respond to my emails. I DO NOT WANT TO GET LISTED WITH ITC. What am I to do???
