DISGUSTED CUSTOMER - NETSTAR NON RESPONSE

I have a Netstar unit for past 2yrs. I pressed the panic button in my car 7th of January 2013 and got a call after 4.5 hours. Further I have had much hassle with the netstar unit draining my car battery for the past 4 months. I e-mailed them on the 8th of January detailing all my complaints to them but I have had no response even though my e-mail was read. I am fed-up with this lack of customer service and would like to speak to a manager, and not a consultant.

I pressed my panic button today at 8.35am, but I have not yet got a call from them. It is now 9.24am. Is this emergency response???

I await your response, Netstar, and your plan of action!!!
