No response for C-Track

The 8th February I approached C-Track at K90 Cntr in Boksburg and spoke to Ricardo and inform him to make arrangement to repair the unit as my cell phone tracking is not functioning for the last couple of months. When the unit malfunction they are unable to track the vehicle thus if who will sit with the red face!!! I am definitely going to cancel the contract on expiry date this include the contract on my wife's vehicle as we experience the same problem and only was repaired after e-mails and several phone calls and lots of frustration. WHY pay for a service that's not providing for according to the contract. I also just wonder how many other customers they provide this type of pathetic service.
