Fidelity Employees that dont obey road rules

Every morning the Fidelity guards van with the trailor full of dogs turning from the straight lane into CR swart drive. Firstly this is a hazard as the oncoming drivers clearly dont expect someone to be turning from the straight lane and secondly all the animals will be injured and killed in an accident, I couldnt care about the driver I'm sure you can find another to replace him. I find this unacceptable as road user and is it that fidelity dont need to obey the rules of the road as the company is bigger than the individual? This is a daily occurence and clearly is the same driver. I would like this attended to asap. I also have a picture of the vehicle and its number is 8698 in case you need help identifying your vehicle.
