Hanging on and being put through to various people

My mom has an account with ADT in Cape Town. Her account is usually debited on the 01st of every month. She asked me to give them a call to enquire why they did not debit. I called on the 15th Feb and spoke to Johnson. He then put me through to another number and the line just died after hanging on for 5 minutes. I then called again and spoke to Ingrid. She gave me the number 011 421 4555 to contact. I called thrice and is just said that the number is not in service. I then called a Cape Town number and spoke to Akhona who put me through to Tshepo. He informed me that he was going to find out why they did not debit. After hanging on for another 5 minutes the line died.
I am highly upset at the customer service one receives from ADT. The fees are not cheap and if one should not pay I suspect we would be contacted. She just wants to know why her account was not debited on the 01st of Feb and when it will be debited as she DOES NOT want to be debited twice on the 01st March.
