ADT's shocking customer service

In November 2012 I instructed ADT's controller to tell the patroller to inspect the driveway entrance at the back of my house (which was unoccupied) after an alarm activation. The controller called me back to say this had been done (it was not!) and all was in order.
On arrival the following morning I noticed that the driveway gate had been lifted off the rollers and was about 1m open. Various items, including some power tools, had been.
After a few phone calls, a person called Shawn from ADT said that ADT was liable and asked what I would like done to resolve it. I told him that I wanted only the power tools replaced and sent him the proof of payment (R500) and serial numbers as requested.
To date, and after approximately 20 to 30 phone calls / emails, I have had virtually no response. Except for a phone call from Ricky Damon saying that they will not refund me!! I asked him to advise me by email which he said he would do, but nothing happened. I reminded him a few days later, but nothing happened. He said he would get his supervisor (Henk) to do it, but nothing happened. I spoke with Brenda Medula (management) - she would make sure Ricky replies, but nothing happened.
