BAD MANAGEMENT OF SITUATION

I had my phone on the 28 May it was late evening and on my way home discovered it. I don't have a home phone number and could only get access to a phone in the morning. I had my son in the care who was crying and so i got him home to take care of him. So i called MTN first thing in the morning to cancel my number, i then went into my local branch to get a new sim card.

MTN only called me late afternoon on the 31 May to tell me had happened on my phone to the value of 12 000.00. I was shocked and listened. They said i only had 3/6 months to pay it off. When calling to get more information and to see what MTN could do to help me out - all i am told is that i am negligent and that MTN will not consider anything and i must PAY.

Do they not know that there are humans at the end of these lines, who has 12 000.00 to pay in that period and money you did'nt even spend. At no point did the supervisor want to take to me, and the credit controller said i was rude. I was stressed and angry that this happened not RUDE.

MTN have a far way to go for customer service and making there clients feel OK, i've been with them for 10 years.

SHOCKING SERVICE, i am going to cancel!!
