Cancellation of item by customer not approved!!

I Mr M S van Tonder lost my work on the mine due to retrenchment. Then I had to sell my Yaris. When I tried to cancel the yaris payment I was told it can't be done, I must wait 36months. I'm still paying for a car I don't have!!
