Only receiving contact after in arrears 2 months

I contacted First for woman in October 2011 to hand my insurance portfolio to them. In the line of the questionaire I was asked if I would like a tracking system installed to my motor vehicle and I said it would be a great idea.

I live in Gansbaai in the Western Cape and was contacted via an sms the very next day to say that I must get my car for the whole day to Claremont in Cape Town the following day. I immediately contacted them saying that it was impossible for me to do so as I was 179kms away. I was told that they thought that I was in Grassy Park?!? Hello they are a tracking company and don't know the difference between a little town called Gansbaai and a suburb of Cape Town called Grassy Park!! I was informed that the nearest installment centre was in Somerset West - still over an hours drive away!

In January of 2012 after paying my premium for 3 months and still no tracker installed, I sent an e-mail to their offices stating that I would be in Cape Town for the day and could arrange to leave my car at their fitment center but I got no reply to that message.

In May 2012, - Sorry I can't carry on - no more characters left but I have a lot more to say!!
