Silas Ritapa confused my details!!!

During the 5 years that I have had my vehicle, which has Netstar installed, I have repeatedly, often and on several hundreds of occasions corrected my cellphone number with them, so that when they get a signal from MY car, they phone ME, and not anyone else. I have spoken to many people over the years, and they have assured me they have deleted the WRONG number and replaced it with my CORRECT number!!! This morning at 5:30, they apparently got a signal from MY vehicle, and called the WRONG NUMBER AGAIN and woke up the wrong person!!! I sent a complaint on your website, and complained that I am now fed up, I need PROOF in the form of a screen shot to show that my WRONG number has been deleted permanently and my CORRECT number, which I have told them hundreds of times, is the one on MY profile, for MY car!! So then Silas RItapa, then confused my details with another customer with the same surname, and put MY cellphone number on THIER profile. It doesn't understand that we are 2 completely different people!!! I WANT THE CORRECT DETAILS FOR MY OWN CAR, WHICH IS NOT A BMW AS PER SILAS RITAPA!! How can it reveal another clients details to me??? I want a screenshot of MY car!!!
