Bad service and untruths

I requested a quotation for addition work to be carried out at my house, which was an additional keypad and an extra siren. The price was agreed with L. Claasen and was required to be paid and proof of payment required. An EFT was done. I was told the work would be carried out on Thursday the 7th Feb. after contacting ADT at 15h30 Thursday afternoon, I was told by Steven, that due to a heavy workload, the work will not be done on Thursday. I then asked when it will be done and was told maybe they will be able to come out on Friday, but they will rebook for Tuesday the 12th, I said this was not acceptable and to cancel the order and refund my money, apparently ADT cannot do this, so now I have no choice but to wait until Tuesday. I wonder if I will be allowed to cancel my armed response contract with them or will this be just as difficult.
