We stay in a complex where there are 3 units with an ADT alarm system. Received a call from ADT to say that our alarm went off. I went home to go and check. No ADT security and no feedback as to what was wrong!! My wife had to phone them and ask what the problem was. They tell her 2 different stories. Eventually, after going to the branch and speaking to the supervisor, they stated on the log call that they do not have access to the complex. This is not the first time that this has happened. Our body corporate gave permission almost a year ago. Why do I need to follow up with ADT? As a paying customer, it is there responsibility to follow up and ensure that everything is in place! I am not receiving the service I am paying for!
